3M Military Earplugs and Hearing Loss

From 2003 -2015, 3M sold and distributed earplugs to thousands of service members deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Veterans who were exposed to blasts during this time period may have incurred hearing loss which compromises the ear and the connection between the ear and the brain.

MPR is reviewing claims that 3M knowingly manufactured and sold defective earplugs to US troops causing some to develop tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and hearing loss.

If you served in Afghanistan between 2003-2015, wore military-issued earplugs, and have been diagnosed with tinnitus or hearing loss, you may contact MPR for more information or to discuss a potential claim.
